Pet Policy:
- Pets Welcome Upon Approval
- 40 pound weight limit - Breed restrictions apply
- Limit of 2 pets per home
- One-time non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet
- Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet
- Cats must be neutered/spayed
- Fees for non-traditional pets may very if applicable

We are pleased to accept cats, dogs, and the following non-traditional pets: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, rabbits, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish.
The following breeds and animal types are prohibited and will not be accepted: Dog breeds - Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinshcer, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, and all "mixes" breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed due to liability reasons.
